Information We Collect

Kiddie Kingdom Books operates as a portfolio website to showcase our published books. We collect minimal information you provide directly to us, such as:

• Contact information when you reach out through our contact form
• Your email address if you join our new-book email list, or joined our earlier newsletter (optional)
• Basic website analytics to understand visitor behavior (anonymized)

Our free colouring page is a download for people who have joined and confirmed the new-book email list. We collect nothing beyond what the list itself stores (below).

Our New-Book Email List

The list is for parents, guardians and other grown-ups, not for children. When you join, we store:

• your email address;
• your child's age range, only if you choose one (0–3, 4–7 or 8–12);
• the page you signed up on, and when you agreed to join and confirmed your email;
• that you told us you are 18 or older.

We never ask for or store a child's name, email address, birthday or any other information about a child. We use your email only to send new-book emails and free colouring pages from Kiddie Kingdom Books, and only after you confirm your address through the link we email you. The list is kept in our own database, not sold or shared. Every email has an unsubscribe link; once you use it, we stop emailing you. To have your details deleted, email us at the address below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide information about our books
• Send you new-book emails and free colouring pages (only if you joined and confirmed the list)
• Improve our website experience and book portfolio presentation
• Communicate with you about our published books and where to purchase them

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
